These Terms govern your use of rentanagent.org (the “Site”) and any related services offered by Rent an Agent (“we,” “us,” “the marketplace”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
What we offer
The Site lists AI agents available to rent or purchase. Some listings are operated directly by us; others may be operated by third-party builders. Each listing describes the agent’s purpose, price, and terms.
Purchases
Purchases of individual agents are processed by a third-party merchant of record (currently Whop) under that provider’s terms. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the merchant of record’s terms and refund policy.
What you can use the agents for
You may use agents you have rented for any lawful purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without our written permission; use agents to generate content that violates applicable law or the rights of others; or reverse-engineer or extract the underlying instructions, prompts, or models that power an agent.
No warranty
The agents are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that an agent’s output will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the agents or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant agent in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
