This Privacy Policy explains how Rent an Agent (“we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through rentanagent.org and the services offered through it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your email address. When you purchase an agent, payment is handled by a third-party merchant of record (currently Whop), which collects the information needed to process your transaction. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and the site does not set marketing cookies.
How we use your information
We use your email to send updates about new agent listings and product launches you have asked to be notified about, and to respond to support inquiries. We do not sell your email address.
Third parties we use
We rely on a small number of processors to operate the service: Loops for email delivery and contact storage, Vercel for hosting and infrastructure, Upstash for counter storage (no personal data, only an aggregate signup count), and Whop for processing purchases of individual agents. Each of these processors has its own privacy practices, available on their respective sites.
Your rights
You can request that we delete your email at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law, such as the right to access, correct, or port your data.
